Events

Information is created for different purposes, and some sources are better suited to certain research topics and assignments than others. This interactive workshop helps you recognize common types of information and choose sources that add value to your research and arguments. 

This workshop will be held in-person, at the Student Commons Seminar Room.

The Writing Centre hosts drop-in hours in the Student Commons on scheduled days of the week. These are brief, 30-minute consultations for which no booking is required. If you have questions or want some quick feedback on an assignment, come by on one of the following days:

• Tuesdays, 1:00-3:00pm
• Thursdays, 1:00-3:00pm

Drop-in consultations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
